Increasing manager efficiency and employee satisfaction with a coaching clinic for leaders

Problem:

Managers at a multi-branch ambulatory medical network were feeling overwhelmed and unsatisfied due to multiple simultaneous organizational initiatives, including a new technology system and new operational process and customer service initiatives.

TEAMsmarts solution:

A vice president wanted to minimize managers’ sense of burden and simultaneously increase their delegation skills so they could more effectively manage the increasing workload. TEAMsmarts conducted a coaching clinic for all associated managers.
