Lydia Welton draws on a broad and deep base of experience and training as a coach, trainer, and leadership facilitator in financial and professional services, information technology, and healthcare. A firm believer in fostering authentic dialogue and accountability among all team members, her clients have ranged from Fortune 500 companies seeking external consultancy to families seeking counseling in a community health center.

Lydia received a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology and a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University. She is certified by the International Coach Federation as an Associated Certified Coach. A member of the Irvine Chamber of Commerce, Lydia also sits on the executive boards of the Orange County chapters of the International Coach Federation and National Association of Women Business Owners.
