Dan Schimmelpfenig is an experienced consultant with expertise in leadership and organizational development, training, process redesign, and systems implementation. Prior to joining TEAMsmarts, Dan was Director of Field Development at MetLife Investors, where he focused on strategically aligning field development across the business, implementing learning initiatives, and project management. Previously, Dan worked with an external consultancy that managed large-scale organizational change initiatives with Fortune 500 companies.

Dan received his Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and is a member of the American Society for Training and Development.
