Anna Wood has a broad-based background in change management and strategic human resources. Her experience includes management coaching, organizational development and change management initiatives, performance management systems, training and development, and talent recruitment. Before joining TEAMsmarts, Anna worked for several Fortune 500 companies. At IBM, Anna served as a member of the professional consulting services division, and she was a key player in leading and executing organizational development initiatives at Montefiore Medical Center.

Anna received her Master of Business Administration from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management at Claremont McKenna University and her Master of Arts in Communication from New York University. Anna is an Adjunct Professor at several universities and is an ongoing guest lecturer at NYU.
